Empire State Realty Trust hosted its annual golf outing at the Golf Club of Purchase. Guests arrived to breakfast on the club terrace, then headed out to the course for a shotgun start. Perfect weather was enjoyed alongside pizza and drinks on the fairway. The day wrapped up with an evening awards ceremony and cocktail hour at the clubhouse.

Empire State Realty Trust hosted a March Madness party. Brokers enjoyed an open bar and delicious lunch while enjoying all the action of the games.

Manhattan retail brokers were invited to attend a tailgate-themed party to jumpstart their Super Bowl weekend. The ground and lower-level retail space of the Empire State Building were completely transformed into a football frenzy. Guests enjoyed drinks at a sports bar, tailgate-themed food (including blue cheese and ranch fountains), as well as a football-tossing game.
